Circumcision Genesis 17: 9-14

The heart is the residence of the seed of Christ. The only way that seed of Christ has life is if the heart is circumcised.

Genesis 15 Horror Of Great Darkness

“Lord” means the self existent. 
The promise is there without condition.
The two main enemies of spiritual life are anger and greed.
Anger is the response to being deprived. 
The gospel is preached in the horror of great darkness.

Melchizedek Genesis 14: 18

The church is a place of refuge for those in trouble. The place of refuge then becomes a place of sacrifice.
All anxiety is unbelief.
All men tithe to their chief God. Abraham paid tithes as an expression of obedience.
Melchizedek gave the first Lord’s Supper.

When you make what you possess private, there is separation. The opposite of keeping your stuff private is trust.
If your confidence is in anything perceived by the senses, you are serving mammon.

The Almost Disciple

Genesis 13: Lot separates from Abraham.
The almost disciple, in the spirit, becomes a pillar of salt.
Why Egypt is a type of the world.
You can’t have anything to do with God in Egypt.
Godstuff isn’t something that you can do.
