The purpose of marriage is to find out if you truly have abandoned yourself.
There has to be weakness.

Joy is the primary factor in spiritual life.

Since God is in all, what cause can there be for despair?
Sadness and depression are tricks of the evil one.
The repentance of God starts in sorrow and ends in joy. The repentance of the world ends in sorrow.
If you do not know joy, it’s because you do not know repentance.
